钼酸盐与硅酸盐复合钝化膜耐蚀性的研究

     

摘要

先通过正交试验确定了钼酸盐与硅酸盐复合钝化液的最佳配方,再通过单因素试验确定优化方案,最后用电化学方法研究钼酸盐与硅酸盐复合钝化膜的耐蚀性.结果表明:钼酸盐与硅酸盐复合钝化膜能有效地提高热镀锌层的耐蚀性.%The best formula of molybdate and silicate composite passivation solution was determined through orthogonal experiment,and the optimization scheme was determined through single factor experiment.Furthermore,the corrosion resistance of the molybdate and silicate composite passivation film was investigated by electrochemical method.Results showed that the molybdate and silicate composite passivation film can effiectively improve the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized coating.
