金刚石表面镍镀覆量对电镀金刚石线锯性能的影响

     

摘要

先对金刚石进行化学镀镍,得到增重率分别为5%、10%、20%、30%、45%和60%的镀镍金刚石.随后以直径120 μm的镀铜圆柱形琴钢丝作为基体,采用氨基磺酸镍为主盐的镀液(由80 g/L Ni(NH2SO3)2·4H2O、30 g/L NiCl2·6H2O、3 g/L H3BO3和0.1 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠组成)依次进行预镀(1μm)、上砂镀(6μm)和加厚镀(6 μm).其中上砂镀是采用镀镍金刚石作为第二相进行镍-金刚石复合电镀.结果表明,选用增重率为30%的金刚石磨粒进行上砂镀时,所得金刚石线锯的表面形貌最佳,磨粒的沉积密度最高,切割性能最优.%The diamond particles were electrolessly plated with nickel for achieving different weight gain rates including 5%,10%,20%,30%,45% and 60%.The pre-plating (1 μm),composite plating (6 μm) and thickening plating (6 μm) were conducted sequentially in a sulfamate nickel plating bath basically composed of 80 g/L Ni(NH2SO3)2·4H2O,30 g/L NiCl2·6H2O,H3BO3 3 g/L and 0.1 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate using cylindrical piano wire as the substrate.The said nickel-liamond composite plating was carried out with nickel-plated diamond particles as the second phase.The results showed that the electroplated diamond wire saw prepared using the diamonds with a weight gain rate of 30% as abrasive particles in composite plating has the best surface morphology,highest deposition density of abrasive particles and best cutting performance.
