    • 摘要: 制备不同SiC含量的树脂金刚石线,并进行硅片切割试验.通过记录切割过程中的扭矩和加切情况,研究不同SiC添加量对树脂金刚石线切割能力的影响.结果表明:当树脂液中SiC添加量增加时,树脂金刚石线的切割能力逐渐增强;当SiC超过一定添加量时,切割能力有所降低.试验中,树脂液中SiC的添加量为600 g/L时,树脂金刚石线切割硅片产生的切割扭矩为96 N·m,且无加切情况,其切割能力最高;此时树脂固化后的邵氏硬度为91 HD,树脂层中的SiC分散均匀,无气孔等缺陷.

    • 摘要: 分析了树脂金刚石线的制造工艺过程,针对金刚石线的树脂层半固化和固化过程中,因溶剂挥发和树脂固化而造成的体积收缩问题,提出了树脂层中金刚石浓度及其添加量的计算方法,得到了在已知树脂浆料中金刚石磨料的添加量时,固化后树脂金刚石线树脂层中金刚石浓度的计算方法,以及要获得一定树脂层金刚石浓度时,树脂浆料中金刚石磨料添加量的计算公式。该方法可对树脂金刚石线中金刚石微粉的量化设计、树脂金刚石线生产工艺的优化设计等提供参考。

    • 摘要: 超硬材料是朝阳行业.超硬材料的发展正处于加速进步阶段,当前从金刚石工具时代已经向功能时代过渡.根据金刚石线锯行业发展形势,指出了需要关注的几个核心技术问题,如通过改进电镀配方和工艺提高生产效率,以及创新性地寻找其他制造方法解决磨料结合强度的问题.为了提高产品标准化水平,针对当前行业内金刚石线锯专业术语使用混乱的现象,分析和介绍了标准化和规范化的相关要求.

    • 摘要: 通过检测不同型号金刚石微粉的磁化率、灰分等指标,用于电镀金刚石线锯的制备,并进行玻璃切割实验,分析磁化率对金刚石微粉电镀线锯性能的影响规律.结果表明:金刚石微粉磁化率对金刚石线锯的切割性能有明显影响,金刚石微粉的磁化率越低,对应金刚石线锯切割性能越好,本实验最大切割深度可达到31.4 mm.%Magnetic susceptibility and ash content of various diamond micropowders were tested.The powders were then made into electroplated diamond wire saw to implement glass cutting experiments.Results show that the magnetic susceptibility affects on the ash content and the performance of wire saw significantly.The diamond wire saw cutting performance becomes better with lower magnetic susceptibility,and the maximum cutting depth can reach 31.4 mm.

    • 摘要: 许多晶体在多线切割过程中都存在一定程度上的各向异性,主要研究不同砂浆状态及切入方向(晶向)对游离磨料多线切割单晶硅翘曲度的影响.建立游离磨料线锯切割单晶硅模型,理论上分析了晶向单晶硅不同切入方向对晶片翘曲度的影响.结果表明:对型单晶硅而言,随着砂浆使用次数的增加,所切得硅片的翘曲度逐渐增大;从[110]、[110]、[011]、[011]、[101]及[101]六个晶向切入可有效降低晶片的翘曲度,提高晶片表面质量;在砂浆等其他状态相同的情况下,沿此六个晶向切割后硅片的翘曲度普遍比其他方向切割小4~8 μm.%Most of the crystals sliced using wiresaw are anisotropic to an extent.The effect of crystal anisotropy and the dif-ferent state of slurry on the warp of the wafer during the process of slicing using wiresaw is studied and presented.The effect of different direction of approach on the warp of thecrystal was studied theoretically by setting up the model of wiresaw silicon with slurry.The results showed that the warp of the wafer rising with the using-time of the slurry.And there are exactly six direction of approach for crystal with symmetry can reduce the warp effectivity,[110],[110],[011],[011],[101],and [101].Anymore,the warp of the wafer slicing under the six direction of approach can be 4—8 μm smaller than any other di-rection with the same state of the slurry.

    • 摘要: 先对金刚石进行化学镀镍,得到增重率分别为5%、10%、20%、30%、45%和60%的镀镍金刚石.随后以直径120 μm的镀铜圆柱形琴钢丝作为基体,采用氨基磺酸镍为主盐的镀液(由80 g/L Ni(NH2SO3)2·4H2O、30 g/L NiCl2·6H2O、3 g/L H3BO3和0.1 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠组成)依次进行预镀(1μm)、上砂镀(6μm)和加厚镀(6 μm).其中上砂镀是采用镀镍金刚石作为第二相进行镍-金刚石复合电镀.结果表明,选用增重率为30%的金刚石磨粒进行上砂镀时,所得金刚石线锯的表面形貌最佳,磨粒的沉积密度最高,切割性能最优.%The diamond particles were electrolessly plated with nickel for achieving different weight gain rates including 5%,10%,20%,30%,45% and 60%.The pre-plating (1 μm),composite plating (6 μm) and thickening plating (6 μm) were conducted sequentially in a sulfamate nickel plating bath basically composed of 80 g/L Ni(NH2SO3)2·4H2O,30 g/L NiCl2·6H2O,H3BO3 3 g/L and 0.1 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate using cylindrical piano wire as the substrate.The said nickel-liamond composite plating was carried out with nickel-plated diamond particles as the second phase.The results showed that the electroplated diamond wire saw prepared using the diamonds with a weight gain rate of 30% as abrasive particles in composite plating has the best surface morphology,highest deposition density of abrasive particles and best cutting performance.

    • 摘要: 通过实验研究了环形电镀立方氮化硼线锯在轮胎断面切割中的性能.线锯的基材为直径2 mm的环形钢丝绳,立方氮化硼的粒径为120~140 μm.切割参数为:切割线速度为20 m·s-1,进给速度为20mm·min-1,分别对12.00R20全钢子午胎和195/65R15半钢子午胎进行了断面切割实验.实验结果表明:切割过程中不会对轮胎断面结构造成破坏,切割断面能反映轮胎原始结构.切割断面平整,无需打磨就能观察出橡胶层的分布及钢帘线、帘布线的分布.%The performance of endless electroplating CBN wire saw in the tire section cutting processing was studied in this paper.Endless steel wire rope Φ2 mm diameter was used as substrate.The grain size of CBN was 120-140μm.The cutting speed of the saw was 20 m · s 1,and the feeding speed was 20 rnm · min-1.The all-steel radial tire 12.00R20 and half-steel radial tire 195/65R15 were cutted in the experimental research separately.The results showed that the sectional structure of tire was not damaged in the cutting process,and the cutting section could reflect the original structure of tire.The cutting section was smooth,and the distribution of rubber layer,steel cord and cord line could be observed clearly without polishing.

    • 摘要: 为提高热固化树脂结合剂固结磨粒线锯的制作效率,在环氧-酚醛体系的树脂结合剂固结磨粒线锯涂层材料中加入咪唑、液体聚硫橡胶和偶联剂,通过正交试验对线锯涂层材料组分进行研究。以酚醛树脂含量、聚硫橡胶含量、偶联剂含量以及树脂中金刚石浓度作为正交试验因素,以最大有效锯切面积和涂层材料的凝胶时间为评价指标。结果显示:各因素对评价指标的影响由大到小依次为咪唑含量、酚醛树脂含量、金刚石浓度、聚硫橡胶含量和偶联剂含量,其最佳组分分别为酚醛树脂质量分数40.0%、聚硫橡胶质量分数6.4%、偶联剂质量分数3.0%、咪唑质量分数1.2%,其余为金刚石,金刚石浓度450 mg/cm3。用优化配方进行验证,最大有效锯切面积为185.32 mm2,凝胶时间130 s。%In order to improve the production efficiency of epoxy-phenol bonded abrasive wire saw imidazole liquid polysulfide rubber and coupling agent were added into the coating material The influence of components on wire saw performance was investigated with orthogonal experiment The contents of phenol resin liquid polysulfide rubber and coupling agent as well as the diamond concentration in the resin were chosen as the orthogonal experimental factors while the evaluation indexes of the orthogonal experimental were the maximum cutting area of the wire saw and the gelatin time of the coating material Results show that imidazole content has the most significant influence on the indexes followed by phenol resin content diamond concentration liquid polysulfide rubber and coupling agent the best values of which are phenol resin 40 0 wt% liquid polysulfide rubber 6 4 wt%coupling agent 3 0 wt% imidazole content 1 2 wt% and diamond concentration 450 mg cm3 49 4 wt% respectively When verified with the optimized formula the maximum cutting area reaches 185 32 mm2 and the gelatin time 130 s.
