有限元法在偏光片磨边机结构设计中的应用

         

摘要

The main design point of multistage synchronous rotary worktable component is to ensure the coaxial tolerance of upper and lower rotating mechanism, based on structure analysis of multiple-stage, small and medium size polarizing film double edge grinding machine. However, the coaxial tolerance is closely related to structure size, shape, manufacturing precision and deformation under stress and so on. Using COSMOS finite element analysis software, the design of multistage synchronous rotary worktable component was analyzed and calculated, the deformation distribution of the component was get, the data was analyzed and compared. Verified that the design of the part meet the requirement of mechanics and accuracy. Explore a method that combining finite element analysis software with experiments verifies optimization design of the mechanical structure.%通过对多工位中小尺寸偏光片磨边机的关键部件--多工位同步旋转工作台组件的结构分析,得出了该部件的设计要点是保证上下旋转机构的同轴度.而同轴度又与部件的结构尺寸、几何形状、制造精度及受力变形状况等关系密切.利用COSMOS有限元分析软件,对所设计的多工位同步旋转工作台组件进行了分析计算,得出了该部件在受力状态下的变形分布规律,用图表方式对得出的数据作了分析对比,验证了部件设计满足力学条件和精度要求.探索了一种应用有限元分析软件并结合实验验证的机械结构优化设计方法.
