基于MEMS加速度计的瞬态振动信号采集系统

     

摘要

针对传统的瞬态振动信号采集系统存在电路设计复杂、体积大、功耗高的问题,本文设计一种基于MEMS加速度计的瞬态振动信号采集系统,该系统由MEMS三轴数字加速度计、USB2SPI搭建的硬件平台和基于VC++6.0数据传输、处理和管理的软件平台组成,可完成对三维振动信号的实时采集和控制,具有结构简单、体积小、功耗低、实时性好等特点。经实验测试,该系统能够对振动信号进行有效采集、采样率可设置,满足瞬态振动信号采集系统的指标要求,达到了预期的效果。%This paper introduces the design of transient vibration signal acquisition system based on MEMS Digital Accelerometer,which focused on the problems the traditional one exists that circuit design complex and so forth.This type of system,which consists of three-axis digital MEMS accelerometer,USB2SPI composition of the hardware platform,VC++6.0 as a software development platform,completes three-dimensional real-time vibration signal acquisition and control.According to Experimental results,the system can collect vibration signal with range from 0.004g to 2g effectively,and sampling rate is adjustable,which meet transient vibration signal acquisition system index requirements,achieve the expected effect.
