Objective To explore the nursing of mechanical ventilation measures. Methods 35 cases of respiratory failure patients by nursing before intubation, intubation, nursing care after extubation, improved ventilatory function can. Results 6 cases of tracheotomy for mechanical ventilation, endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation in 29 cases, the rescue time shortest 1D. a maximum of 8 months, 23 cases were cured, 6 cases of death, 6 cases were discharged automatically. Complications:2 cases of pulmonary infection, airway obstruction in 1 cases, were treated with anti infection and after corresponding treatment alleviated;6 cases of respiratory and circulatory failure, the positive rescue treatment is invalid, the patient died, no other complication occurred. Patient satisfaction 100%. Conclusion In the use of artificial airway and mechanical ventilation, good care of patients can be restored to health as soon as possible, avoid the occurrence of various complications.%目的：探讨机械通气人工气道的护理的措施。方法对35例呼吸衰竭患者通过插管前护理、插管后护理、拔管后护理等措施，改善患者通气功能能。结果行气管切开机械通气6例，行气管插管机械通气29例，抢救时间1天～8个月，治愈23例，死亡6例，自动出院6例。并发症：肺部感染2例，气道堵塞1例，均经抗感染及相应处理后得以缓解；呼吸循环衰竭6例，经积极抢救治疗无效，患者死亡，未出现其他并发症。患者满意度100%。结论在使用人工气道机械通气中，良好的护理可使患者尽早恢复健康，避免各种并发症的发生。
