右美托咪啶对老年患者腰椎手术的效果观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on elderly patients with lumbar spinal surgery.Methods68 elderly patients admitted to our hospital during May-2016 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to the wishes of the patients,34 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group before and after induction of anesthesia with dexmedetomidine,control group patients using sodium chloride.ResultsThe two groups had signiifcant differences in the data comparison of adrenocortical hormone concentration of serum 8h after operation (P<0.05);two groups of patients with postoperative VAS score in postoperative 2H data.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the difference was statistically signiifcant 3D data of two groups of patients in the postoperative incidence of POCD 1D, after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dexmedetomidine on elderly patients with lumbar spinal surgery is very signiifcant,can effectively reduce the oxidative stress of patients during the operation,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative POCD.%目的：右美托咪啶对老年患者腰椎手术的效果观察。方法选择我院2015年01月～2016年5月收治的行腰椎手术的老年患者68例作为研究对象，按照患者意愿将其分成实验组和对照组，各34例。实验组患者在麻醉诱导前后使用右美托咪啶，对照组患者则使用氯化钠。结果两组患者在术后8 h血清中促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）浓度情况对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者术后VAS评分情况在术后2 h数据，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者POCD发生情况在术后1天、术后3天数据，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论右美托咪啶对老年患者腰椎手术的效果十分显著，能够有效降低患者手术过程中的氧化应激，同时还能降低患者术后POCD发生情况。
