洗衣机对低龄儿童的机械性人身伤害风险研究

摘要

洗衣机因其使用功能的需要，具有与低龄儿童身体特征相仿的内桶与机盖开口，而低龄儿童由于认知水平的限制和性格特质使然，往往喜欢钻入与其身体特征相仿的空间中去，因此洗衣机内桶也就成了低龄儿童眼中理想的栖身场所，由此引发的机械性人身伤害事故屡见不鲜。本文通过针对此类伤害进行分析，指出了部分现有洗衣机产品在机械结构和控制流程方面的潜在风险，为从技术上避免此类伤害提出了措施与建议。%Because of the function of washing machine, its inner bin and open cover are similar with the characteristics of young children’s body. And the limit of cognitive level and the personality traits make the young children like to worm themselves into the space similar with their physical characteristics, so the washing machine is the ideal place in their eyes. Unfortunately, mechanical injury accident always happens. Through analyzing this kind of mechanical injury, this paper points out that the potential risk of mechanical structure and control process in some washing machine products. Finally, some measures and suggestions for preventing this kind of injury are presented.
