油漆及涂层中总铅的测试方法优化

摘要

This paper suggests a one-time digestion method to test the content of total lead in paint and coatings. The one-time digestion method optimized the ratio between sample weight and digestion reagent, simplified the proce-dures of wet digestion, shortened the heating time and adjusted the acidity of calibration acid match, then quantitatively analyzed the total lead content by ICP-OES, which was highly stable. This method with high degree of precision and recovery rate is fast, simple, and economical, and possesses good repeatability and accuracy as well.%本文提出了一次消解法用于测定油漆及涂层中总铅含量。该方法优化了试样质量和消解液的比例，简化了湿法消解的步骤，在保证测试质量的前提下缩短了加热时间，并结合实际需要调整了酸匹配的酸度，最后使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪（ICP-OES）进行定量分析。该分析方法快速、简单、经济，精密度和回收率高，仪器稳定性好，具有很好的重现性和准确度。
