Differences of twin screw compressor with and without compensating vapor in the course of compression are studied by simulation and calculation. Data about the influence on performance of compressor by the nozzle loca-tion, the compensating vapor quality, and the compensating vapor pressure are obtained. Then analysis is made together with experimental data of refrigerant R134a used in the cooling cycle, which concluding that the optimism compensat-ing vapor quality and the compensating vapor pressure for the compressor. Also the experimental data show that the compressor could reach its optimism performance though compensating vapor in the course of compression even in a cooling working condition.%通过对螺杆压缩机中间补气的模型进行模拟分析和计算,分析了压缩机中间补气前及补气后的差别,分析出补气口位置、压缩机的补气量和补气压力对螺杆压缩机的性能和功率的影响。然后结合螺杆压缩机用R134a冷媒在制冷空调工况下测试数据进行分析,最终得到压缩机中间补气的最佳补气压力和补气量。实验结果表明,即使在制冷空调工况下,通过中间补气,也可以使压缩机得到最佳的性能系数。
