Two axes scanning mirror is a system with complex nonlinearity and strong coup-ling.On the basis of the scanning mirror of the infrared seeker simulator,the decoupling and control method is studied.The experimental results with error measurement show that the sys-tem has high accuracy and satisfies the performance specifications for the transient response.%两轴扫描镜是一个具有复杂非线性的强耦合系统。本文以红外仿真装置中的两轴扫描镜为分析对象,研究它的解耦与控制。测试和应用结果表明系统稳态精度高,动态性能良好。
