介绍了纸机试验控制系统的设计,根据实际工程中的纸机可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统,S7 -300 PLC和直接转矩控制变频器ACS800之间通过Profibus DP协议进行数据通信对4台电机实现同步控制.在对变频凋速的基本原理和ACS800变频器的工作原理进行介绍的基础上,对纸机传动系统光纤通信的负荷分配进行了讨论,具有很强的指导性.%Design of paper machine experiment control system was introduced by the PLC control system of paper machine in practical engineering. Between S7 - 300 PLC and the DTC ACS800 inverter there was data communication using the Profibus DP protocol, they work together to realize the control of synchronization of four motors. On the basis of fundamental principle of variable frequency speed and the working principle of ACS800 inverter were described, discussed the load distribution of optic-fiber communication of the paper machine, and the results showed the powerful guidance.
