独立学院产权设计的若干问题分析

There are some problems in the process of the design of property right of the independent college, such as the choice of its name, the main investment subject, the method of the assessment of the assets and liquidation, the operation mode and mechanism construction as well as the balance of interests. The best way to the design of property rights suitable for the independent college survival and development should be the result of common game optimization among government, parent university and investment organization of non-financial funds which could not only realize the win-win patterns, but also effectively meet the requirement of higher education of society and family(student).%独立学院产权设计过程中产生了若干问题，如独立学院的名称、投资主体的确立、资产评估与清算的方式、运行模式与机制的构建，以及利益分配等。独立学院产权设计的最佳方式应该是政府、母体学校与“非财政性经费”投入组织或个人共同博弈优化的结果，这种结果既是三方的共赢，也能够有效满足社会、家庭（学生）的高等教育需求。
