文章首先对有效教学的内涵进行了解析,然后对当前低效的高师公共教育学教学存在的问题,从学生学习积极性不高、教师教学方式刻板、教学时空不足、评价方式单一等方面进行了分析,最后对提高高师公共教育学教学的有效性策略,从培养学生教师角色意识、改变教学方式、加强实践教学、改革评价方式等方面提出了建议。%At the very beginning,the thesis illustrates the connotation of effective teaching,and then analyzes the current problems existing in public pedagogy teaching in normal colleges in terms of the following aspects:inadequate motivation in study,stereotype teaching methods,insufficient teaching time and space,single evaluation method and so on.In the end,the thesis puts forward suggestions towards the effective teaching strategy of public pedagogy in normal colleges in the following aspects:cultivating the students' awareness of their teaching role,changing the teaching method,strengthening the practice teaching,reforming the evaluation method band so on.
