二元推力矢量取向下的大学英语教师干预模式

     

摘要

Teachers' intervention and guidance was the key to foster the innovative personnel in teaching programs in student- centered teaching activities led by the teacher. Guided by the dual - thrust - vector and based on the "assmne→modify→guide" principle, this paper reports and analyzes an experiment with the new intervention in business English class.The results show that: 1)dual - thrust - vector of teacher intervention could increase students' motivation and interests in English learning;2)With the intervention, teaching achieves great results in choosing the textbooks,analyzing the samples,making the interaction in class and performing the practice and experiments;3)The dual- thrust - vector of teacher intervention develops students' habits of center- position, self- learning, group ability, hence improves students' compre- hensive eapacity;4)The dual- thrust- vector of teacher intervention fosters students' innovative practical ability as well as the comprehensive ability to deal with business concerned with foreign matters.%在以“学生为中心,教师为主导”的教学活动中,教师的主导作用与教师干预模式对培养现代创新型人才起着重要作用。研究以二元推力矢量取向理论为指导,探讨在商务英语教学中采用“预设一过程修正一导向”的教师干预模式。去解决一些英语教学中存在的问题。实验表明:1)二元推力矢量取向的教师干预模式能激发学生学习英语的热情与动力;2)该模式下能更好地实现教学目标,在教材选取、案例分析、教学互动、实验实训方面取得较好效果;3)在该模式下,学生的中心意识、主动学习、团队协作能力得到加强,融英语语言信息采纳、英语交际交流、英语应用能力于一体的综合语言技能能力得到显著提高;4)二元推力矢量取向的教师干预模式培养了学生创新实践能力与涉外综合应变能力。
