借鉴德国职教经验，大力推进校企合作

摘要

China＇s vocational colleges face many difficulties in the school- enterprise cooperation：the lack of toplevel design, policy support,arM enterprise participation. ~e paper analyzes the problems in China＇ s school- enterprise cooperation, and based on the successful experience of the German vocational education puts forward a proposal： building school - enterprise cooperation mechanism, establishing profit - driven mechanism, setting up industry- guidance system, and sparing no effort to promote school- enterprise cooperation so as to finally improve the quality of China＇ s vocational education.%我国高职院校在校企合作方面面临诸多困难：缺少顶层设计，缺少政策保障，缺少企业参与。在借鉴德国职业教育成功经验的基础上，通过顶层设计构建校企合作的运行机制，建立校企合作的利益驱动机制，充分发挥行业的指导作用，可以大力推进校企合作，全面提高高职教育的质量。
