高校来华留学生趋同化管理的研究

摘要

随着来华留学生数量的逐日增加，来华留学生的教育管理问题备受关注。趋同化的管理方式已成为我国高校留学生管理的主要趋势。与发达国家相比，这种管理方式在国内还处于发展期。在文化背景和教师资源等外部因素的约束下，高校在实施趋同化管理的过程中遇到不同的困难，但管理者只要把握住趋同化管理的核心原则，就能最大化地发挥趋同化的有益效果。本文研究了留学生趋同化管理的含义和现状，并提出了相关保障措施建议。%With the increase in the number of foreign students in China,the education management of foreign students in China has attracted much attention.The management mode of assimilation has become the main trend of the management of university students in our country. Compared with the developed countries,the management mode is still in the development stage in China.Under the constraints of external factors such as the cultural back-ground and the teacher resources,the colleges have encountered different difficulties in the process of implementing the management of convergence. However,managers can maximize the beneficial effects of assimilation by grasping the core principles of assimilation management.In this paper,the meaning and the status quo of the assimilation man-agement of the foreign students is studied. And some suggestions for the related safeguard measuresare put forward.
