职业学校教师企业实践的现实囧境与解决思路--以酒店服务与管理专业为例

摘要

Practical training helps to complete the continuing education of teachers of vocational schools. Practical training enriches teachers’knowledge and improves their competency.Indeed practical training gives teachers a great professional lift. It provides a solid foundation for improving their educational specialty,and for better adjusting curric-ula to suit their teaching needs and practices. This will ultimately better serve the goal of vocational schools,which is to supply talent for the professions. However,problems do exist in vocational teachers’practical training. The effectiveness of such a training program can be assured only if there is sound supervision and oversight,which requires cooperation between the schools and the enterprises involved.%职业学校教师的企业实践可以使其丰富专业知识、完善继续教育、优化能力素质结构，在专业素养和实践能力上给教师插上隐形的翅膀，为其今后在专业建设、课程设置及教学实践上奠定坚实基础，从而更好地为实现职业学校人才培养目标服务。然而在实施“教师企业实践”的过程中还存在一些问题，只有完善机制、深化校企合作、强化监管才能确保教师企业实践的成效。
