创新型艺术金融管理人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要

With the rapid development of the art market,the art of financial trends are becoming evident,and the related demand for talent gap widened.Taking of art financial management personnel training,initially proposed to explore the art of financial management personnel training measures,including the concept of innovation through education,to establish the exact location of the training objectives,and to explore a wide range of innovative teaching mode and methods,and actively promote the the teachers structure optimization and improve the quality of,further promote curriculum reform and innovation,practice-oriented training courses,and establish and improve the multi-level process of teaching evaluation system.%　　随着艺术品市场快速发展，艺术品金融化趋势越来越明显，相关人才需求缺口加大。通过对当前中国艺术金融管理人才培养现状分析，初步提出探索艺术金融管理人才培养的对策，主要包括通过教育教学理念的创新，确立人才培养目标的准确定位，并探索多元化的创新性教学模式和方法，积极推进教师队伍结构优化与素质提高，进一步推进课程改革与创新，注重实践实训课程，以及建立健全多层次过程性的教学效果评价体系。
