The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing a financial Micro SD. The system includes a service manager app (100) installed in a smartphone, for interrupting an access to an application installed in the smartphone, when the application accesses a financial Micro SD (200), and transmitting control information encrypted by a preset encryption algorithm to the financial Micro SD (200); and a financial Micro SD (200) for decrypting control information received from the service manager app (100) and transmitting response information agreeing with the control information to the service manager app (100). According to the present invention, a financial Micro SD is interrupted from accessing another application by a service manager app monopolistically controlling a financial Micro SD, when a service manager is executed. The financial Micro SD is managed based on encrypted control information, and a mobile financial service is performed through the financial Micro SD that can be movably mounted under the control of the service manager, thereby preventing inconvenience of moving financial information, when a mobile device such as a smartphone is changed. In addition, a mobile financial service is performed through the financial Micro SD of which a security is tightened under the control of the service manager, thereby improving a security of an authorized certificate managed in a general memory area with a low security.
