高校辅导员面对“90后”新生的工作方法探究

The reform of higher education deepening and rapid development,to the college students' Ideological and political education work put forward many new problems,especially the "after 90" students began to pour into the university campus,due to the society, media,and family factors influence,this group in behavior,feeling,thinking,cognitive and psychological characteristics is quite prominent, with distinct brand of the times. How to correctly guide the special group of successful completion of the college campus life,success to society,is placed in front of the college counselors of a new topic.%高等教育改革的不断深入和迅速发展，对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了许多新的问题，特别是“90后”的学生开始涌入大学校园，由于受社会、传媒和家庭等因素的影响，这一群体在行为、情感、思维、认知等心理方面的特点相当突出，具有鲜明时代烙印。如何正确引导这一特殊群体顺利完成大学校园生活，成功走向社会，是摆在高校辅导员面前的新课题。
