'双创'背景下高职人才培养路径探索r——以药管专业为例

In response to the requirements of the current professional drug administration profession, while completing the established teaching tasks, it is necessary to highlight the"double-creation education"in order to reform the existing talent training model and im-prove the teaching quality. The study starts from the problems existing in the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative abilities of current college students, analyzes the cultivation model of higher vocational medicine administration professionals, and points out the problems and paths that exist in them.%针对目前高职药管专业要求,在完成既定教学任务的同时,应该突出"双创教育",以此来改革现有的人才培养模式,提高教学质量.从当前大学生创业创新能力培养中存在的问题出发,对高职药管专业人才培养模式进行分析,并指出其中存在的问题以及未来的培养路径.
