我国的动漫起步较早,但一直受到财力与计划经济的束缚难成产业规模.改革开放以来,我国的动漫产业搭上改革的快车与国际接轨,看似风风火火,但实质沦为世界动漫加工厂,单一的外包加工制作只能增加制作人员的个人收入,却难以让我国的动漫产业产生经济链条并发挥产业效能.2000年以后,我国动漫产业作为"朝阳产业"得到中央和各级政府的大力支持,我国的动漫产业尽显诸多虚假繁荣景象,但实则又是变相的计划经济.为了推动我国的动漫产业真正步入产业经济发展的轨道并产生巨大效益,从分析动漫产业虚假繁荣的假象入手,浅谈我国真正进入信息时代后,"互联网经营"如何使中国动漫产业走上新经济时代及产生巨大的效益.%The animation industry in China, though started early, has failed to achieve a significant scale due to the limits of financial support and the planned economy. After the reform and opening policy happened in China, the animation industry seems to hit a fast track in the international market, but the prosperity on the surface has concealed the brutal fact that the industry is nothing but a pro-cessing plant in the world's animation sector. The dominance of outsourced services in the Chinese animation industry has served on-ly to increase personal income of practitioners rather than boosting the economic chain and industrial performance. Since 2000, ani-mation has been designated as one of the"sunrise industries"strongly supported by the national and local governments. This seemingly thriving business, however, is just another form of planned economy in disguise. Then when can the Chinese animation sector truly enter upon an industrial development and generate tremendous economic benefits? Starting with an analysis of the false prosperity happened in the Chinese animation industry, this paper intends to explore how"the Internet operating"has guided the Chinese animation industry to create the huge effectiveness in this new economic era.
