对外直接投资提升了区域创新能力吗？--吸收能力视角下基于苏、浙两省地级市面板数据的比较研究

摘要

Based on the cities data in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province from 2007 to 2014,this paper computes the regional innovation capacity in the two provinces with global principal components analysis method,then estimates the impact of OFDI on regional innovation capability with panel data model. The results show that,for the two provinces,OFDI directly has no significant impact on regional innovation capability,but if OFDI is combined with absorptive capacity variables such as human capital,financial development level,transport infrastructure and openness,it has a significant impact on regional innovation capability. Meanwhile,it is found that most of the absorptive capacity variables have the minimum threshold by using panel threshold model proposed by Hansen. Some effective measures can be taken in the two provinces correspondingly according to the threshold features of absorptive capacity variables.%文章基于江苏和浙江两省2007-2014年地级市层面的面板数据，采用全局主成分分析测算两省各市的区域创新能力，利用面板数据回归模型测度了对外直接投资对区域创新能力的影响。结果显示：对于江苏和浙江两省而言，对外直接投资对区域创新能力均未产生直接显著的促进作用；当对外直接投资与人力资本、金融发展水平、交通基础设施、对外开放度等表征吸收能力的变量相结合时，对区域创新能力则产生了积极的影响。进一步运用Hansen面板门槛模型进行回归发现，两省的吸收能力变量基本都存在最低作用门槛。两省可结合各自吸收能力变量的门槛特征采取相应对策。
