目的:研究注射用血塞通在不同溶剂中的溶出情况。方法:分别采用专用溶剂(注:原标准中规定)、注射用水、氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液对注射用血塞通进行溶解,在不同振摇时间点取样测定有效成分三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1,人参皂苷Re,人参皂苷Rb1和人参皂苷Rd的含量,比较不同溶剂的溶出率曲线。结果:专用溶剂的溶出速率最快,但注射用水、氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液也能在1 min内达到有效成分的完全溶解。结论:注射用水、氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液可替代专用溶剂作为注射用血塞通的溶剂。%Objective:To study the digestion rate of Xuesaitong injection in different dissolving solutions.Methods:Xuesaitong injec-tion was dissolved in special solvents , water for injection , sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection respectively , and the contents of the effective components including notoginsenoside R 1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rd were tested in different shaking time , then the curves of digestion rate of diffferent dissolving solutions were compared.Results:The digestion rate of the special solvent was the fastest , but the effective components could also be dissolved completely in water for in-jection, sodium chloride injection and 5%glucose injection within 1 minute.Conclusion:Water for injection, sodium chloride injec-tion and 5%glucose injection can replace the special solvent and to be used as the dissolving solution of Xuesaitong injection .
