目的:探讨综合护理干预在氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果.方法:从江西省丰城矿务局总医院选取2016年12月到2017年12月收治的88例2型糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机抽签法将所有患者分为2组,每组44例,两组患者均采用氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊进行治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给与综合护理,分析两组患者各项指标变化、血糖水平情况、治疗效果以及生活质量评分.结果:观察组患者采用综合护理干预后,观察组各项指标变化情况和血糖水平情况优于对照组,观察组治疗效果和生活质量高于对照组,两组间差异明显P<0.05.结论:对2型糖尿病肾病患者采用沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗后,并给与综合护理干预,对提高患者临床疗效具有促进作用,安全性高,值得应用.%Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with losartan potassium combined with Jinshui Bao capsule. Methods: 88 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into 2 groups, with 44 cases in each group, and the two groups were treated with losartan potassium. The alloy Shui Bao capsule was treated, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group gave comprehensive nursing, and analyzed the changes of the indexes of the two groups, the blood sugar level, the treatment effect and the quality of life score. Results: The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and observation group. The changes of each index and blood sugar level were better than those of the control group, and the therapeutic effect and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with sartan potassium combined with Jinshuibao capsule and comprehensive nursing intervention, it can promote the clinical curative effect of the patients. It is safe and worthy of application.
