2007~2011年我院心脑血管病类中药注射剂应用分析

0bjective:To analyze the clinical use of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections for treating heart and cerebral disease in our hospital and provide reference for their rational use.Methods: The drugs used in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDDc.Results:This kind of drugs were predominantly used,and the annual consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections increased year by year from 2007 to 2010,until 2011, during which the management of traditional Chinese injection was strengthen, showed a decreasing trend. In this 5 years, clinical demand for Danshen injection, Xueshuantong injection is higher, while Danhong injection has a relatively high DDC. Conclusion:After strengthen the use and management of traditional Chinese medicine injection, the use of this kind of drug shows a reasonable trend.%　　目的：了解我院心脑血管病类中药注射剂的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2007~2011年心脑血管病类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果：在加强使用管理前(即2007~2010年)，心脑血管病类中药注射剂年销售金额和占全院药品总销售金额比例呈上升趋势，在2011年各类中药注射剂的上述2项指标均下降。临床对注射用丹参、注射用血栓通的选择倾向性较大，丹红注射液的DDC相对较高。结论：在加强中药注射剂使用管理后，我院心脑血管病类中药注射剂的使用趋向合理。
