Objective: To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with adverse drug reactions after operation. Methods: 56 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by the application of Cefotaxime in the First people's Hospital of Xiushui County from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 28 cases in each. Adverse reactions of patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Continuous time, take care, nursing time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Results: The satisfaction rate in the experimental group (27 cases, 96.43%) is significantly higher than that of the control group (16 cases 57.14%) (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group after nursing care (7.14%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (42.86%) (P<0.05). The patients' adverse reaction time, nursing cost and nursing time in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The postoperative application of cefotaxime caused drug adverse reactions, and nursing intervention has significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the quality of life and rehabilitation effect, reduce the probability of the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing. Thus, it should be widely used in clinical nursing.%目的：探究对术后应用头孢噻肟出现药物不良反应患者予以综合护理干预的临床疗效。方法：择取江西省修水县第一人民医院于2014年5月至2016年5月收治的患者56例，将其以随机抽样的方法进行分组研究，即分为实验组与对照组，各28例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预，实验组患者采用综合护理干预，观察并对比两组患者接受护理后的不良反应发生几率、持续时间、护理花费、护理时间以及护理满意程度。结果：实验组患者接受护理后的护理满意度27例(96.43%)显著高于对照组16例(57.14%)。P<0.05，两组差异于统计学而言有意义。实验组患者接受护理后的不良反应发生几率2例(7.14%)显著低于对照组12例(42.86%)。P<0.05，两组差异于统计学而言有意义；实验组患者不良反应持续时间、护理花费以及护理时间均低于对照组。P<0.05，两组差异于统计学而言有意义。结论：对术后应用头孢噻肟出现药物不良反应患者予以综合护理干预具有较为显著的临床效果，能够有效提高生存质量以及康复效果，降低不良反应的发生几率，提高了患者的护理满意度，可广泛用于临床护理的过程中。
