城市配电网源网荷互动优化调度技术研究与应用

摘要

The spatial and temporal scales globally coordinated optimization of distribution network optimization scheduling model is proposed on the basis of depth analysis of the adjustable resources of urban distribution network.Based on"local balance-regional mutual supply-overall consumer coordination"distributed autonomy,decomposition and coordination of spatial equilibrium scheduling mechanism.An optimal operation model of distributed power supply and distribution network, and superior power with distribution network and the diversity of the load presented is established.The smart distribution network dispatching business optimization strategies based on multivariate interactive mode is proposed.A smart distribution network integrated optimization dispatching system,which has been applied the Youth Olympic Games area in Hexi District, Nanjing City,Jiangsu province,is developed.%文章在深入分析城市配电网中的各类可调资源的基础上,提出了空间和时间尺度全局协调优化的配电网优化调度模式;基于"局部就地平衡-区域间互供-整体消纳协调"的分布自治、分解协调的空间均衡调度机制,建立了分布式电源与配电网、配电网与上级电源、配电网与多样性负荷之间的优化调度模型;提出了基于多元互动模式的智能配电网调度业务优化策略,开发了智能配电网综合优化调度系统,并在江苏省南京市河西青奥区示范应用.
