汽车线槽注塑模浇口优化设计

摘要

针对注塑模具中合理的浇口位置和数目在塑料制品设计中的重要性.以汽车线槽零件为例 ,利用模拟分析软件M oldflow 对填充时间、最大注射压力、熔接痕和气穴模拟比较 ,确定了最佳浇口位置和数目 ,从而获得高质量产品 ,降低了生产成本 ,且缩短了产品开发周期.%The reasonable location and number of gate in injection mould play an important role in the plastic product design .Take automobile wire slot parts as an example ,different process parameters like fill time , maximum injection pressure , weld lines and cavitation were simulated and studied using Moldflow .As a result ,the best gate location and number to obtain a high quality of products were determined .This method can reduce production costs and shorten the product development cycle .
