机器人滚边技术是白车身焊接技术的重要组成部分,其滚边质量直接影响到整车的密封性能和外观质量。论述了机器人滚边系统中,影响包边质量的尺寸和表面质量2种主要缺陷形式及成因。结合现生产车型开启件在制造过程中出现的机器人滚边缺陷,针对影响尖角上翘的外板翻边长度、翻边内侧圆角、弯曲角度等进行了重点论述,并对波浪起皱、包边失效、外观质量缺陷进行了系统分析,提出了可行性解决措施,有效地提高了机器人滚边质量。%Robot roller hemming is an important process for BIW welding technology .The quality of roller hemming directly affects the sealing performance and appearance of the au‐tobody .The patterns and corresponding causes of the dimension and surface quality defects in the hemming process were discussed .The common defects including wrinkle ,hemming failure and appearance defects were systematically analyzed with the consideration of the in‐fluence of the flanging size ,flanging angle and bend angle .Some effective solutions were proposed to improve the quality of robot roller hemming .
