带螺纹孔的扇形三通接头注塑模结构设计

摘要

左右扇形三通接头,是一种上端具有螺纹孔与型孔、下端和侧向具有多种形式型孔的特大批量扇形圆柱形状接头.通过对制品形体分析和模具结构方案的可行性分析,制订出了采用液压油缸超前脱螺孔和液压油缸超前侧向抽芯、脱模滞后及以制品外形中心为分型面的模具方案;左右扇形三通接头外形和2×φ4.2 mm型孔,采用了斜导柱滑块分型与抽芯;制品采用了推管脱模兼下端型孔抽芯的措施.注塑模设置为四组左右扇形三通接头成型的结构,采用了完善的模具温控系统和浇注系统的设计,使得注塑模具备了多组、高效、自动化加工的性能,确保了左右扇形三通接头高质量、大批量生产.%The fan shaped tee joint is a kind of fan-shaped cylindrical joint which has screw holes and shaped holes on the top,a variety of shaped holes on the side and bottom.By analyzing the product shape and the feasibility of mould structure,schemes was developed by adopting advanced hydraulic cylinder to strip off the screw hole and execute side corepulling,demoulding lag and taking product center as the mould parting surface.For the tee joint shape and 2 × φ 4.2 mm type hole,the inclined guide pillar slider parting and core pulling were used.The ejector sleeve type demoulding and bottom hole core-pulling measures were taken.Injection mould was set up as four groups of tee joint structure.The perfect mould temperature control system and the gating system were designed.The injection mould possesses the features of multiple groups,high efficiency,automation processing,which ensure mass production of fan shaped tees with high quality.
