三通接头二次抽芯与时差抽芯注塑模设计

     

摘要

三通接头是一种具有多种型孔、型槽、锥孔、外螺纹和螺孔形体要素,且具有两锥孔正交贯穿的注塑件.通过采用φ40.6 mm×6.1°锥孔具有时差抽芯机构,成功地解决了两种正交贯穿锥孔的运动干涉问题,即φ40.6 mm×6.1°锥孔型芯超前φ53 mm×2°锥孔型芯抽芯,滞后φ53 mm×2°锥孔型芯复位.对于M42 mm×1 mm×13.5 mm螺孔和外端5.7 mm的引导孔,需要采用引导孔二次抽芯才能实现三通接头脱模.该模具设计合理,注塑件脱模顺利,提高了生产效率.%The tee joint is a type of injection molding which has various types of holes,grooves,conical holes,outer thread and screw holes,and has two cones with orthogonal perforation.By adopting the φ 40.6 mm × 6.1 taper hole have jet lag core-pulling mechanism,the movement interference problem of the two orthogonal taper hole is successfully solved,namely the φ 40.6 mm × 6.1 ° taper roller core executes core-pulling before φ 53 mm ×2 ° taper roller core,and reset later.For M42 mm× 1 mm× 13.5 mm screw hole and the outer end of 5.7 mm guide hole,a secondary core-pulling is required to realize the demoulding of tee joint.The mould design is reasonable,the injection molding is smooth and the production efficiency is improved.
