The activities of pre|β 1HDL and apoE|deficient HDL 3 binding to HDL receptors on human SMC,HepG2 and macrophage were detected using enzyme linked immune receptor assay(ELIRA).The results showed the value of K d of pre|β 1 HDL binding to HDL receptor was significantly lower than that of apoE|deficient HDL 3( P <0.05),but B max showed no difference.The results suggested that the affinity of pre|β 1 HDL to HDL receptor was significantly higher than that of apoE|deficient HDL 3.
