整合思维在设计创意人才培养中的应用与实践*--以综合型本科院校设计学教学改革为例

摘要

People who engage in design must be equipped with abilities of thinking and analyzing which are generally named integrate mind.Based on in-depth interviews with over 30 designers,the study showed that most of them did not pay attention to this way of thinking,nor did they realize the necessity of promoting it in their design practices.Hence,in order to drive the development of design industry,we should put training of top designer with integrative mind on the most important position in colleges’ design teaching.This paper,which takes teaching revolution of the design science in Guangdong university of ifnance and economics for example,has discussed ways of teaching and practicing and patterns of creative talents’ training.%整合思维是设计创意工作者应具备的一种思维方式和思辨能力。基于对近30位设计创意工作者的深度访谈，发现他们大部分并不重视整合思维这种思维方式，也没有意识到需要在设计创意工作实践中不断提升自身整合思维的思辨能力。因此，为促进设计创意产业的发展，培养具有整合思维的思维方式和思辨能力的高端设计人才是重中之重。以广东财经大学艺术学院设计学教学改革为例，探索以整合思维训练为核心的教学实践方式和创意人才培养模式。
