我国学校心理辅导伦理建设:现状、问题与对策

         

摘要

通过文献法、专家咨询和比较研究,对我国学校心理辅导伦理建设的现状、问题与策略进行分析评价,发现目前存在的问题有:学校心理辅导的行业管理机构和制度缺失;学校心理辅导员的胜任力不足;学校心理辅导实践中伦理困境偏多;学校心理辅导伦理的本土化研究较少。对此,应建立学校心理辅导的监管制度;构建适合我国国情的学校心理辅导伦理规范;完善学校心理辅导员的注册和认证制度;加强对学校心理辅导员的伦理教育。%In this article, the current situation, problems and solutions of ethical standards construction for school counseling in China are analyzed and evaluated through the use of literature analysis, delphi technique and comparative study. It has been found that ethical standards for school counseling is incongruous and lack of a national standard and specialized administrative institutions; school counselors are incompetent; school counselors are always faced with many ethical dilemmas in their work; local research on the school counseling ethics is absent. In order to solve these problems, regulative mechanism for school counseling ethics should be established; registration and accreditation system are supposed to be set up; ethical standards for school counseling that agree with the situation of China should be formulated. At the same time, it is urgent to strengthen ethics education for school counselors.
