云南省农村转岗幼儿教师队伍现状

摘要

Primary and secondary school teachers transferring to kindergarten certainly alleviates the lack of preschool teachers. The investigation on the rural preschool teachers who are transferred from primary and secondary school in Yunnan Province shows the team are mostly women, having a high ability in education, but lack of professional knowledge and skills in preschool education.%中小学教师转岗到幼儿园工作在一定程度上缓解了幼儿园教师缺乏的现状。通过对云南省农村转岗幼儿教师的调查发现，转岗幼儿教师队伍呈现以女性教师为主、具备较高的教育能力、幼教专业知识和技能缺乏的特征。
