精准医疗大背景下医学研究生交叉领域培养的探讨

摘要

With high throughput sequencing technology improvement, precision medical was raised requiring a multidisciplinary approach that involves not just doctor, biologists, and physicists, but also ecologists, policy-makers and computer scientists. Thus, the education mode in this background becomes a new object. Extending the knowledge, increase interests and cooperation of the graduate student is more important than that in other period. Construction a suitable environment for multi-disciplinary integration is a key point in basic and clinical medicine.%随着高通量测序技术的进展，精准医疗的提出，加速了学科的融合。这种融合不仅包括医学、生物学、物理学，也包括了经济学、政策学和计算机领域的融合，因此，也提出了临床医学研究生在这一交叉领域培养模式改革的新课题。结合我国目前的临床医学研究生教育背景，加强临床研究生知识范围的拓展，强调科研与临床兴趣，注重跨界合作，是培养适合该大背景下合格的临床医学研究生的核心举措。建立配合人才孵化的配套环境，也是促进临床医学研究生在培养改革中的重大转折。
