孟鲁司特联合用药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective For patients with cough variant asthma symptoms by Montelukast joint drug treatment, summarizes the analysis of the clinical curative effect. Methods Our hospital treatment of 100 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observation group of patients with Montelukast joint Salmeterol assigned aerosol (Seretide) alternate treatment, control group patients were only using suction Seretide idea of solution treatment. Results Compare the curative effect of observation group and control group patients (P<0.05) difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with cough variant asthma by Montelukast joint treatment with Seretide wad, high effective and safe. Is worth popularizing in clinical application.%目的：对患有咳嗽变异哮喘症状的患者采用孟鲁司特联合药物进行治疗，总结分析其临床疗效。方法将我院在2013年3月～2014年5月期间进行治疗的100例咳嗽变异哮喘患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例患者。观察组患者行以孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂（舒利迭）进行治疗，对照组患者则仅仅采用吸入舒利迭的方案进行治疗，两组患者进行治疗的时间均为7周，在7周结束后对患者进行疗程评价并进行跟踪调查。结果将观察组与对照组患者的疗效进行对比（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义，发现观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者；同时将两组患者的其他症状消失时间进行对比发现观察组其他症状消失时间短于对照组患者（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论对咳嗽变异哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特联合舒利迭进行治疗，效果显著且安全较高。
