基于创新能力培养的医学生科研团队建设研究与实践

摘要

It is an important way to cultivate the ability of innovation and practice of college students in guiding undergraduate actively participated in research activities. It is one of the effective methods of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities to set up scientific research team of university students. The practical study on how to cultivate innovative medical talents with high quality had been carried out in Jinzhou Medical University. Medical undergraduate students as the main body, the guidance teachers and graduate students in a sustainable research teams were set up and to security research team operation, therefore, it lays a good foundation for better training students' innovation ability and increasing comprehensive quality.%引导本科生积极参加科研活动是培养大学生创新能力和实践能力的重要途径，组建大学生科研团队是提高高校大学生创新能力的有效方法之一。锦州医科大学就如何培养创新型高素质医学人才进行了实践性研究，建立由医学本科生为主体，指导教师和研究生参与的可持续性科研团队并保障科研团队的运行，为更好培养大学生创新能力和综合素质提高打下良好基础。
