优化急诊护理流程对脑出血昏迷患者抢救效果的影响探讨

摘要

目的：分析优化急诊护理流程对脑出血昏迷患者的抢救效果的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的脑出血昏迷患者180例作为研究对象，应用随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与实验组，对照组进行急诊常规护理，实验组的患者应用急诊护理流程优化后的护理，对比分析两组患者的抢救时间与抢救效果。结果实验组的患者在静脉用药时间、CT时间、分诊评估时间与急救总时间方面均短于对照组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论对急诊护理流程进行优化，能够有效的缩短急救时间，提升抢救效果。%Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing process on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the experimental group were treated with emergency treatment. Results The experimental group was signiifcantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the experimental group (CT). Conclusion The emergency nursing process is optimized, which can effectively shorten the time of ifrst aid and improve the rescue effect.
