依据上海市社区教育专职教师的调查研究,在掌握基本情况的基础上,分析他们的职业认知、专业知识与能力等专业素养状况,以及对专业培训的需求情况,进而提出促进其专业发展的对策建议。对于完善社区教育教师培训制度,设计科学的社区教育教师培训项目,建设高素质、专业化的社区教育教师队伍,具有重要的借鉴意义。%Based on the investigation and study of full-time teachers in Shanghai community education, by the analysis of the teachers’ cognition of occupation, expertise, professionalism and ability status, and the demand for professional training, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote their professional development.The paper has important significance for the improvement of teachers ’ training system in community education in terms of the designing of scientific training project for teachers in community education and the constructing of high-quality, professional teacher team of community education.
