高职院校多元化培养优秀运动员的内涵和模式研究①--以日照职业技术学院为例

以日照职业技术学院优秀运动员为研究对象，结合近几年来高职院校培养优秀运动员的实践和总结，得出高职院校中培养优秀运动员更应建立在适应专业和社会发展需求的基础之上，以“必修课、选修课、日常专业训练”三个模块为主体的综合培养模式，拓展优秀运动员的专项学习，只有这样才能真正意义的保障高职院校培养出具有高职教育特色的优秀体育人才。%Focused on the excellent athlete of Rizhao Vocational&Technical College,base on the athletes and summarized of recent years what training excellent athletes in Career Academy,conclude that the excellent athletes of career academy must have the aggregative model of required course、selective course and practice session.Development the special of excellent athletes,nurture the best sports talent who graduated from Career Academy.
