运动预适应与心肌保护研究进展

摘要

运动诱导机体产生内源性保护机制，提高心肌细胞耐受缺血缺氧的能力。本文采用文献综述法，对运动预适应的研究现状进行分析和总结，探析运动预适应对心肌缺血保护机制的研究进展。%Exercise can induce endogenous protective mechanism, improve the ability of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia tolerance . In this paper, literature review ,the study of the status quo exercise preconditioning analyze and summarize research progress on the Mechanism of myocardial ischemia protection exercise preconditioning.
