论国际竞技体育话语权的内涵及特征

摘要

It’s often difficult to receive fair treatment and reasonable interest for Countries that lack the right. The rising voices of the International Competitive Sports Right(ICSR) in the domestic, while China has yet specialized research it. The research is based on concept, it defined the connotation, analyzed the characteristics, clarified the one-sided understanding of ICSR. This research was laying the groundwork for further study.%在国际竞技体坛缺乏话语权的国家往往难以获得公平的对待和合理的利益。针对国际竞技体育话语权在国内的呼声日益高涨，而我国对此还未有专门研究。所以从概念出发，明确了国际竞技体育话语权的内涵，分析了国际竞技体育话语权的特征，澄清了关于国际竞技体育话语权的片面认识，以期为国际竞技体育话语权进一步深入研究做铺垫。
