运动人体科学实验阶梯式教学模式研究

摘要

Based on the experimental teaching mode of the sports science of human body, according to the idea "guarantee the basic experimental teaching, cultivating student's practical application and innovation abilities", put forward the ladder experimental teachering mode of sports science of human body from the aspect of teaching goal, teaching procedure and teaching conditions. hoping this study can promote the experimental teaching mode to be more scientific and perfect, improve the quality of experiment teaching and students' ability of applying the knowledge to solve practical problems.%通过对运动人体科学实验教学模式进行定义，依据“保证基础实验教学，全面培养学生实践应用、创新研究素质与能力”以及“理论够用，注重应用”的理念，分别从教学目标、教学程序和实现条件三方面，提出运动人体科学实验阶梯式教学模式。希望本研究能够促进实验教学模式更趋科学和完善，提高实验教学质量，提高学生运用知识解决实际问题的能力以及学习的兴趣。
