Objective To improve the recognition on MRI features of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the uterine cervix. Methods Six cases of pathologically confirmed non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of the uterine cervix were retrospectively reviewed, all these patients underwent MR studies( unenhanced and enhanced). The appearances of the tumors and the signals of cervical endometrium and stroma were evaluated, local adenopathy within the scan field was also assessed. Results (1) All six patients have a diffuse larger B-cell lymphomas. (2) Five of six patients showed a cervical mass, the largest diameter of tumors ranged from 7cm to 10cm, they were solid or mostly solid, well-demarcated, round or lobulated. The other one showed thickening of one-side of the cervical wall. (3) MRI findings: The tumors were isointense on T1WI(4/6), iso- and hyperintense (4/6) or mixed-intense on T2WI(2/6), heterogeneous when large in size(>8cm). They were nearly unenhanced(2/6) or slightly to moderately enhanced (4/6) after gadolinium administration. (4) Accompanied with retroperitoneal, pelvic or inguinal adenopathy(3/6).(5) Cervical endometrium displayed on T2WI in four cases(5/6), with intact cervical stroma(3/6). Conclusion If ahomogeneous mass arises in the uterine cervix, without infiltration of endometrium or stroma, without obvious necrosis, nearly unenhanced, accompanied with retroperitoneal, pelvic or inguinal adenopathy, its suggestive conclusion is lymphoma.%目的 提高对宫颈淋巴瘤MRI影像表现的认识.方法 回顾性分析6例病理证实的宫颈淋巴瘤MRI检查资料(平扫加增强),观察宫颈淋巴瘤MRI表现特点,评估肿瘤形态、宫颈内膜、基质环的改变及信号表现,同时评估扫描范围内有无淋巴结肿大.结果 (1)6例宫颈淋巴瘤均为弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤.(2)6例中5例见宫颈肿块,直径7cm～10cm,实性或实性为主,轮廓较清晰,圆形或分叶状;1例见一侧壁局限性增厚.(3)MRI表现:T1WI等信号常见(5/6);T 2WI可表现为等信号、高信号(4/6)或混杂高信号为主(2/6),肿块较大时信号欠均匀(直径大于8cm).强化不明显((2/6)或轻至中度强化(4/6)).(4)可伴有扫描范围内如腹膜后、盆腔组、腹股沟淋巴结肿大(3/6).(5)T 2WI图像上宫颈黏膜6例中5例可见(5/6),可伴有完整的宫颈基质环(3/6).结论 当宫颈出现软组织肿块,缺乏黏膜浸润,不累及宫颈基质环,信号较均匀,无明显坏死,强化不明显,可伴有腹膜后,盆组等部位淋巴结肿大,提示宫颈淋巴瘤可能.
