目的探讨股骨骨折采取腓骨植骨锁定并钢板内固定的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析2003年2月~2008年9月收治的27例股骨骨折患者的临床资料.其中，男19例，女8例，年龄20~65岁，交通事故16例，跌伤8例，高空坠落3例.均行腓骨瓣植骨术并锁定钢板内固定，术后处理与功能锻炼，每两周复查X射线片，观察植骨块的吸收、骨再生及骨折的愈合情况.结果术后随访1~6年，平均3.9年.25例患者植骨内固定一般情况好，无发热，伤口无明显肿胀及渗出等炎症反应，均为一期愈合.2例骨折患者延迟愈合.愈合时间平均17周.效果优良率为92.5%(P<0.05).结论股骨远端骨折采取腓骨植骨术合并内固定治疗愈合效果好，安全有效，是目前较理想的治疗方法.% Objective To take fibula bone fractures of distal femur locking plate fixation, and analysis of efficacy of treatment. Methods A retrospective study from February 2003~20089 months, the distal shaft fractures in patients admitted to unit records, including 19 males and 8 females, aged 20 years old -65 years old, mean age (43.20±1.20) years of age; Traffic 16 cases of accidents, falls in 8 cases, vocational high school fall in 3 cases. Underwent fibula flap grafting and locked plate fixation, postoperative treatment and functional training, bi-weekly review of X-ray film to observe the absorption of bone blocks, bone regeneration and fracture healing. Results were followed up 1 year to 6 years, an average of 3.9 years.25 cases of patients with graft fixation generally good, no fever, no obvious swelling and seeping wounds such as inflammation, are a healing.2 cases of fracture in patients with delayed healing. The average healing time of 17 weeks. The effect excellent rate of 92.5%(P<0.05). Conclusion of distal femoral fractures fibula bone graft taken combined effect of internal fixation healed good, safe and effective, is the ideal method of treatment.
