13例重症口腔颌面部蜂窝组织炎临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical features and multidisciplinary joint treatment of the severe cellulitis of the oral and maxillofacial regions. Methods By conducting a comprehensive analysis of its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and the laboratory test results on 13 cases of the severe cellulitis of the oral and maxillofacial regions, to observe the local and systemic treatment effect given by multidisciplinary joint treatment. Results In 13 cases,10 cases were cured,2 cases were died. Conclusion The severe cellulitis of the oral and maxillofacial regions onset acute, development quick, symptom heavy and lead to serious consequences. Taking multidisciplinary joint disposal, combine active anti-infection with early surgical incision and drainage, and use treatment which take the whole body and the local into account, these methods can achieve good clinical curative effect. While early and effective prevention of complications is the key to reduce mortality.%　　目的探讨重症口腔颌面部蜂窝组织炎的临床特征及多学科联合治疗方法。方法对临床收治的13例重症口腔颌面部蜂窝组织炎患者的病因、临床表现和实验室检查结果等进行综合分析,观察其多学科联合处置的局部和全身治疗效果。结果本组13例患者,10例痊愈,2例死亡。结论重症口腔颌面部蜂窝组织炎起病急、发展快、症状重、后果严重；采取多学科联合处置、积极抗感染与尽早手术切开引流相结合、全身与局部兼顾的治疗方法,可取得较好的临床疗效；而早期有效地预防并发症的发生是降低病死率的关键。
