Objective Analysis of statins on chronic heart failure clinical effect and security. Methods Randomly selected from February 2009 to March 2012, 80 cases of Xiangtan City, the First People's Hospital of chronic heart failure patients for the study, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group given standard treatment, the study group received statin therapy contrast the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the patients. Results In the test group patients seven cases of cardiac functional class I, II grade 29 cases 4 cases of grade II, grade IV cases, the control group after treatment, cardiac functional class I 1 cases 25 cases of grade II, III grade 13 cases, IV1 cases, 6 min walk test test group after treatment, (412 ± 22), the control group was(372 ± 24);left ventricular ejection fraction test group was (43.5 ± 5.0)%, the control group was (39.0 ± 2.1)%. The test group patients after treatment, cardiac function classification there were significant improvements in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction increased, the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) difference;6 min walk test compared with control group differences in test group patients after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of statins has good, can improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure treatment.% 目的分析他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法随机抽取2009年2月-2012年3月湘潭市第一人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予标准治疗，试验组给予他汀类药物治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果和安全性。结果试验组患者治疗后心功能I级7例，I级29例，I I级4例，IV级0例，对照组治疗后心功能I级1例，I级25例，I I级13例，IV级1例，6 min步行实验试验组治疗后为(412±22)m，对照组为(372±24)m；左心室射血分数试验组为(43.5±5.0)%，对照组为(39.0±2.1)%。治疗后试验组患者心功能分级有明显的改善，患者左心室射血分数增加，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后6 min步行试验与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭治疗效果较好，可以改善患者心功能。
